Data from Etherscan shows that during the last 30 minutes, 33.42 billion Shiba Inu meme coins have been moved between a number of unknown wallets.
Whales buying billions of SHIB on the dip
These transactions probably include the buying or selling of cryptocurrency. However, according to Etherscan, a third of these 33.4 billion were transferred from the Binance exchange.
Here, the two largest transactions each carried a similar 11,205,456,164 in value. A transfer of more than 7 billion Shiba Inu was the second largest in terms of size. The remaining three each moved 1.2 billion SHIB.
One may argue that SHIB, the second-most popular meme coin, is currently selling at a discount since it recently “added” another zero to its price, making each coin now cost $0.000009848. The decrease over the last 24 hours amounts to a negligible 1.16%, per the information provided by CoinMarketCap. As a result, it appeared that the whales were eager to purchase the SHIB while it was available for a discount.
However, according to the same data source, the coin’s price has decreased by 6.90 percent over the past week.

2.2 billion SHIB gone within 24 hours
As previously reported by U.Today, the SHIB community destroyed a staggering 2,254,093,318 of these meme currencies in the past 24 hours.
According to the Shibburn cryptocurrency tracker, almost all of that enormous amount—2,005,265,274—was burnt (i.e. deleted from the circulating supply) in a single transaction by an anonymous wallet.
The SHIB burn increased the burn rate by around 31,000%.
