According to data provided by the CryptEye portal, the Shiba Inu meme coin has made significant strides in terms of gaining new users and burning tokens.
In the meanwhile, the SHIB staking pool has been made available to clients of the cryptocurrency exchange Bitrue. To earn up to 10% APY, LEASH and BONE must be staked.
New users inflow into SHIB
The Shiba Inu ecosystem has seen a substantial influx of new users, according to CryptEye. Their number has increased during the past month to 10,589 people. The influx totals 25,271 during the last three months. 338,533 new holders have joined SHIB in the last year. Over the last day, there have been close to 900 new SHIB holders as a result of the influx.
Monthly SHIB burns sum up to staggering amount
According to the same source mentioned above, the Shiba Inu community has been able to lock approximately three trillion SHIB tokens in dead addresses over the course of the last six months.
Shiba Inu worth approximately $200,000 had been burnt during the previous six months, totaling 26,434,092,232.30 SHIB.
In the last three months, 16,064,486,765 SHIB have been destroyed, and 1,820,714,087 SHIB have vanished in the past 30 days. The total quantity of SHIB tokens that were deleted in the last week was 871,153,957.
Shibarium transaction number spikes to new high
The Puppyscan explorer indicates that the Shibarium testnet’s usefulness has been rapidly rising this week. A few million additional transactions have been added to the total figure every few days.
It has now climbed by about two million from two days earlier. The total number of SHIB transactions as of this writing is 29,221,983.
Since BONE is the gas token utilised on Shibarium to power transactions, the price of Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) has also increased this week.
