Developers of Shiba Inus have started a countdown to reveal a “unique SHIB identity.” The SHIB army was excited when the official Shiba Inu X handle, @Shibtoken, hinted to a “seismic shift” in the blockchain world that is expected to happen in only 72 hours from the time the article went live.
The Shiba Inu emblem appears at the beginning of the video linked by the account, set against a rough-textured wall or concrete with varied markings in the style of graffiti. Words like “SHIB NEWS,” “WOOF!,” “NEW SHIB PROJECT,” and the URL “visitshib.io” are among the writings. The whole style has an underground or edgy vibe.

Network state?
The powerful man who created the Shiba Inu (SHIB) cryptocurrency, Shytoshi Kusama, has posted an intriguing message hinting to future events that might establish SHIB as a cornerstone of a peaceful global environment.
In his address to the community, Kusama emphasised his vision of a network state and a “peaceful world with #SHIB as the foundation”.
Developer Kaal Dhairya emphasised in a post on X that this will be the first step towards a self-custodial identity.
Shiba Inu’s identity solution
An important step in the development of the SHIB platform was taken in August when its developers revealed their intention to integrate digital identification services into all of the platform’s apps.
It is their goal to enable consumers to have total control over their digital identities without relying on middlemen by incorporating a self-sovereign identity (SSI) into their ecosystem.
Additionally, this new identification protocol will be used in the Layer-2 Shibarium network of SHIB. Kusama underlined how the digital identity was seamlessly included into the “Shib Super App,” reaffirming the group’s commitment to further decentralisation.
