Fiat exit ramp ShibaSwap Bone (BONE), a meme token, has been listed on Guardarian’s platform for simple fiat currency purchases.
BONE secures new listing
ShibaSwap and BONE will be used to pay petrol fees on Shibarium; BONE is a governance token for the official dex of the Shibarium Layer 2 protocol for Shiba Inu. Shibarium mainnet is currently in development, and a testnet known as Puppynet has been operational since March 11.
The total number of transactions, according to Puppyscan, is 25,141,478. All of these transactions will be paid for in BONE once the mainnet debuts, even if this is currently a testnet.
Additionally, the SHIB token, the dominant token in the network, will be burned using these petrol fees. According to information supplied by the chief developer of SHIB and Shibarium, who goes by the handle Shytoshi Kusama, a portion of the transaction fees will be put aside for developers and a piece will be converted into SHIB and sent to dead-end wallets.
The BONE price has increased by less than 1% thus far, however this tiny increase does not appear to be related to the listing on Guardarian.
BONE expands its user base and usefulness within the SHIB community with each new listing. BONE was listed on the Australian market CoinSpot on June 13; a few days before, SwyftX, another Australia-based platform, had added BONE support.
SHIB burn news, price drops
The last 24 hours seem to have been difficult for SHIB burns. According to the Shibburn tracking software, the burn rate has decreased by 38.52% over this time.
Today, 64,123,357 Shiba Inu meme coins have been issued to dead wallets as opposed to 101,000,000 SHIB a day ago. Seven transactions were required to burn that much SHIB, the largest of which held 50,200,001 SHIB and was started by an anonymous wallet address with the prefix -e0b6861069.
According to statistics given by CoinMarketCap, the SHIB coin has fallen to the 19th spot on this important crypto reference website and is currently trading at $0.000007314. SHIB has lost 3.33% of its value in the last day.
