What is the Summoning Gate?

The Summon Gate feature allows you to own a completely new Hero by combining 2 Heroes, a certain amount of $STEP token and $HERO token. Two heroes participate in a summoning ritual known as Master Heroes. The newly summoned Hero is called the Apprentice Hero. Basically, the Bounty Hunting feature allows users to earn HERO NFTs for rewards in $STEP tokens. The feature was released on September 23, 2021. The total reward is fixed and secure across all participating Heroes. Each hero will receive a reward corresponding to their bounty hunting skill. Your Bounty stat determines a Hero’s bounty hunting skill. This stat depends on the Hero’s rarity and will be random within a specific range.

How Gunfire Hero NFT Game Works
Character Selection in Gunfire Hero NFT
Upon entering Gunfire Hero, players will receive 1 default character out of 9 available in the game. Each character has 6 star ratings (from 0 to 5), 80 levels (from 1 to 80).
- Players can upgrade hero star rating by spending hero shard and hero medals.
- Players can level up the Hero using STEP tokens and Hero Medals.
The highest level/star hero will have the best chance of winning. The upgrade process will repeat until the Hero reaches the highest star rank/level, at which point all of their stats will receive a big boost. The more Stars/Level the Hero has, the more $STEP Tokens, Hero Medals and Hero Shards will be required to upgrade to the next Star Level/Rank.
Skin in Gunfire Hero NFT
You can unlock more characters or change the appearance of your gear by collecting skins or skin tokens. Items drop from the winning phase.
Equipment
- Weapons – To start playing and winning, characters need to be equipped with weapons. Weapons will have the effect of increasing attack power. Therefore, weapons with higher rarity or higher level will do more damage.
- Armor and Equipment – Each Hero can equip up to 2 items that can increase the hero’s stats: Armor and Equipment. Armor increases a Hero’s HP and stat/perk defense. Equipment increases additional damage against 1 enemy class: ground/flight/melee/range. Players can level up equipment by spending $STEP tokens and assembling all material parts. Simultaneously, equipment rarity can also be upgraded by merging 3 items of the same rarity (as the original equipment) to receive 1 higher rarity equipment item.
- Items – HERO Fragment: Used to increase the Hero’s level from 9 to 10, from 19 to 20. HERO Medal: Used to evolve the Hero’s star level.
- Currency – HERO and STEP
Rarity
There are 5 levels of rarity in Gunfire Hero: Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon and Common. Rarity levels only apply to NFT equipment, not characters or materials. With 4 levels of rarity: Epic, Rare, Uncommon, Common, players can obtain it by opening chests or smelting needed items. Particularly with the highest rarity level: Legendary, players cannot receive it by purchasing chests. The only way to own legendary gear is fusion.
Gunfire Hero NFT game modes
In Stage Mode, players will traverse 8 maps following the game’s story. You can only unlock the next map after beating all previous maps. If the player runs out of stamina, HP before defeating the final boss, the game will restart from the beginning. Endless mode will be unlocked after going through 8 maps. Items will be dropped during the game: $STEP, Equipment, Equipment equipment, Skin. Rewards for clearing the zone: $STEP, Stamina, Equipment, Equipment material.

Infinite Mode includes a session divided into 20 rooms; each room will be randomly chosen from all available world maps. The XP needed to level up in each room will be random between 2 numbers pre-populated on the server.

STEP tokens are issued regularly to reward user activities.
