What is Renga NFTs?
Renga NFTs Artes is a large-scale PFP project created by independent illustrator and comic book artist Dirty Robot. Limited to 10.000 NFTs, the collection is constantly growing as holders of Renga Black Box NFTs burn their Tokens in exchange for a Renga PFP, created in the unique style of Dirty Robot.
While Renga’s burn/claim mechanic is something we’ve definitely seen before in space NFT, Renga itself introduces a unique new way of building community through storytelling. Each time a Black Box is burned, a generative avatar is revealed, heralded as being a building block for the “perpetual storyteller and creator through all current and undefined means” that is Renga.
Character Renga NFTs arts
Each Renga NFTs Arts character is unique and created using a possible 900 exceptional traits. In addition, there is also a 1/1 NFT subsection. Eleven different archetypal characters will live in the Renga universe and some are rarer than others. The eleven archetypes are: Motor Corporation, Delinquent, Agent, Robot, Alchemist, Samurai, Golem, Ninja, 8-bit, Cube, and 1/1.

Renga NFTs Arts: Black Boxes
The Renga NFTs arts collection is made up of Black Boxes. Renga Black Box is a collection of mysterious NFTs that live on the blockchain Ethereum. Each Renga Black Box NFT has been released to holders of The Art of Seasons NFTs. Renga Black Box NFTs are believed to be necessary in order to be able to mint the next Renga NFT collection. Renga is described as “a carefully selected and handcrafted collection inspired by community, art and imagination”. The undisclosed NFTs featured black cubes that rotated in a loop.
The boxes contain information pertaining to the past, present and future of Fábrica Renga. Each box opens a portal to a random archetype of unknown worlds in the Renga universe. Black boxes are blank canvases with the ability to reveal any Renga character. Each black box holder will have the opportunity to open their box (burn) and reveal a character (mint) from the Renga universe via a burn-to-mint mechanism. The total supply of Renga Black Boxes will be 10.000 boxes.
As the crates are burned, their supply will decrease, while the supply of Renga NFTs will increase. The maximum possible supply of Renga Characters is 10.000, but this number will be relative to the number of Renga Black Boxes that are opened (burned). These boxes will end up being the portal for users’ Renga characters to enter this universe. The character will be the users key to everything Renga.
The Art of Seasons
The Art of Seasons is a complete collection of dynamic spring, summer, autumn and winter illustrations. The Art of Seasons (TAOS) is the first collection of NFTs by artist and Renga founder DirtyRobot. All TAOS holders have released Renga Black Box. The people who owned TAOS didn’t expect anything and received the black boxes for free.
How can you stay up to date and secure?
All Renga NFTs artes updates will be made via the official Renga NFTs artes Twitter and Discord. There will never be a “surprise mint” or sudden instance where you will be asked to connect your wallet or send any of your NFTs. There are many steps you can take to protect yourself in the crypto and NFT space, at the very least it is recommended that you use a Ledger or other cold wallet to store your assets.
Furthermore, most attacks that come on crypto users come in the form of social manipulation. Know that the team will never contact you directly or through intermediaries in a negotiation. If something sounds too good to be true or requires urgent action so you don’t miss anything, chances are someone is trying to take advantage of you.
