Shibarium Testnet Increases With 13 Million Interacting Wallets: Details

Protocol for Shiba Inus Layer 2 On its testnet, Shibarium is observing a substantial rise in the number of active wallet addresses.

PuppyScan reports that there are currently 13,856,413 active wallet addresses on Shibarium. 11,113,441 wallets were reported to exist as of April 17 by U.Today.

Shibarium beta’s “Puppynet” currently has 446,449 total blocks and transactions.

Shibarium is also being used for new initiatives, according to those projects. A new initiative, MzeDex, has chosen to join Shibarium. Shiba users have being warned to be cautious as more initiatives join Shibarium.

Shiba Inu leader Shytoshi Kusama warned the Shiba Inu community to always do its research (DYOR) and avoid being conned because there is no official Shibarium token at the beginning of the week.

Shibarium might burn 500 tokens

With the Shibarium Layer 2 protocol, SHIB BPP, a Twitter account dedicated to Shiba Inus, reveals his aspirations for Shiba Inu (SHIB) burns.

Shibarium base fees will be split, per its documentation, with 30% going towards network upkeep and 70% being burned.

According to the updated burn calculations SHIB BPP performed using the BONE and SHIB market values as well as the volume of transactions on Shibarium during the last 30 days, he believes he would be impressed if Shibarium burned 500 billion SHIB annually.

SHIB was down 3.41% in the previous day at the time of writing, reaching $0.0000114. The last 24 hours had seen the burning of a total of 250,000 SHIB tokens in a single transaction, according to Shibburn’s Twitter.
