The fictitious Shiba Inu main developer Shytoshi Kusama has returned to social media after a brief sabbatical. After inquiries from several members of the community on the Telegram channel “Shibarium Tech” requesting him to “excite them sometimes,” he responded as follows.
“You need me where I am,” “working to do the impossible”
Recently, numerous people contacted Shytoshi Kusama in the Shibarium-focused channel on Telegram that was established by Kusama and his colleagues on the SHIB development team since he hadn’t been posting messages there recently.
He replied with a laconic “you need me where I am” to inquiries regarding his whereabouts and recent activities.
In addition, Shytoshi offered some news when asked to “excite them sometimes” by the community; at the present, he is “head down working with an extraordinary team to achieve the impossible.” He made no more clarifications, but the community jumped upon the chance to circulate a screenshot of this Kusama quote on Crypto Twitter.
When discussing his work on Shibarium with the community, Shytoshi prefers to use analogies. When he briefly changed his Twitter bio status to “in the lab,” he recently gave some insights about the state of Shibarium. Later, he added “Nothing like epic music while building” alongside a link to a song that was playing repeatedly.
Millions of wallets added to Puppynet
On March 11, Puppynet, a Shibarium Layer 2 network, published its beta version. Now, over two months have passed.
Since then, the network has been joined by fourteen million wallets. Yet, one person produced nine million of these wallets in order to stress-test shibarium.
With a peak of 891,165 transactions on April 11, the total number of transactions is at 4,639,223.
