DOGE Co-Founder ‘Hides’ So Well That Internet Shows Wrong Photo: Details

DOGE

Two programmers, Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer, created Dogecoin back in 2013. Billy Markus is rumoured to have spent a few hours at home in his pants coding DOGE.

Currently, the former is highly active on Twitter, tweeting even on topics unrelated to Dogecoin or cryptocurrencies in general. Elon Musk, the largest supporter of DOGE, considers him a friend, despite the fact that they have never met and only communicate openly on Twitter.

Jackson Palmer, who frequently criticises Elon Musk, has a far smaller social media following than Markus. The latter is referred to as Shibetoshi Nakamoto on Twitter and goes by the handle @BillyM2k.

Googling “Doge cofounder photo”

However, if your curiosity gets the better of you and you decide to Google Billy Markus’ picture to see what he looks like, Palmer’s picture will appear in the search results. Markus tweeted today to corroborate this information when Dogecoin graphic designer “DogeDesigner” (@cb_doge) posted that he was “hanging out with @BillyM2k and @dogeofficialceo in the streets of San Francisco.”

There was an image of Jackson Palmer that was well-known. Commenters started making snide remarks about a “accurate photo of Billy.” Markus joined the conversation to reaffirm it. “That is definitely a picture of googling my name,” he wrote in a tweet.

In reality, a photograph of Billy Markus is readily available on Google, but when media outlets discuss Markus, they frequently mistake the two cofounders and post a picture of Jackson Palmer instead. Markus, unlike Palmer, has not gone into hiding but neither has he been giving interviews to the media.
