Shibarium

On March 11, the Shibarium beta platform, dubbed Puppynet by the SHIB army, went live. It has been breaking records and setting new ones swiftly.

Now, according to Puppyscan, it has surpassed the most recent utility milestone.

SHIB transaction count spikes

According to Puppyscan, the total number of transfers on Shibarium beta has increased by a staggering 1,000,000 transfers in only a few days. According to U.Today’s report on June 12, that number represented 20,517,714 transactions.

It has since quickly risen to 21,551,842 transactions, three days later. On May 31, there were 668,210 transactions at their highest.

Wallets that are now connected to the system total 16,914,102, which is about 17 million, in the meanwhile.

The total number of blocks on Puppynet is currently 1,281,484, and the average time to create a block of data is 5.0 seconds.

Here’s what’s new about Shibarium from Shytoshi Kusama

A prominent member of the Shiba Inu team, @LucieSHIB, posted an overview of the last Shibarium Tech space, which happens every two weeks.

According to Lucie, “a physical studio” has been established. This clarifies previous tweets from Lucie and Shytoshi Kusama, both of whom hinted that “something physical is coming” for Shiba Inu.

Additionally, Lucie tweeted that SHIB devs have started to make the first mentions to a new incentive token on Shibarium. According to Lucie, it won’t be named TREAT as previously suggested; instead, a completely other name will be utilised.

Additionally, Shytoshi Kusama acknowledged that the development team is occupied right now working on “Woofpaper 3”; it appears that this refers to a new edition of the white paper.

SHIB burn rate jumps

Another piece of good news for the SHIB army is that after several days of remaining below zero, the burn rate of Shiba Inu has finally increased significantly by almost 1,000%, with fewer than 1,000,000 SHIB being burnt.

This time, the Shiba Inu community took 7,825,621 SHIB out of circulation and placed them in wallets that cannot be used. Four transactions totaling this amount of meme coins were destroyed; two of them included more than two million SHIB apiece, while the other two burned 1,900,000 and 1,133,334 SHIB, respectively. Earlier this year, a few single transactions shifted several billions of these meme currencies into dead wallets, so this time around, no records of SHIB were destroyed, but at least the burn rate has started to increase again.
