Shibarium Has No Official Date, Shiba Inu’s Marketing Expert Reminds Community

Shiba Inu’s official marketing expert, @LucieSHIB, has chosen to address rumours regarding the impending release of Layer 2 blockchain Shibarium.

Once further clarifying that there is no set release date for Shibarium, Lucie tweeted. “It’s all hypothetical,” she continued. No date, but we’re getting there. She welcomed anyone with more queries to ask them on Shibarium’s Discord server and get answers from other SHIB lovers. The tweet was later deleted, though.

Promised Shibarium launch coming soon

Shiba Inu creators’ fictitious leader Shytoshi Kusama announced exciting news for the SHIB army in a blog post last week, the first in a summer series of SHIB-related publications. The Blockchain Futurist Conference, which will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in the middle of August, will include Shiba Inu among its sponsors in addition to Eth Toronto and Eth Women.

Kusama said that he will be a virtual speaker at the conference and that all SHIB-branded initiatives, such as the Treat coin and the “Worldpaper,” would be formally released. In addition, he emphasised that there is a significant probability that in-depth talks about the introduction of Shibarium would also take place during the conference. After the conference, the real launch is thus anticipated, but, as Lucie pointed out, there is no set date for it.

Other information concerning Shibarium, such as the DAO it would have to carry out the duty of community governance, was also disclosed by Kusama. Earlier, Kusama stated in his tweets that he would step down once the Layer 2 blockchain was operational since his function would no longer be required.

Many of them brought enormous bundles of SHIB, some as large as 20 million meme coins. Recently, burns have been created very often, and the community is still creating them now.

According to information provided by CoinMarketCap, the second most popular meme currency, SHIB, is currently transacting at the $0.000007518 level after seeing a little 24-hour loss of 2.59%.
