Shiba Inu (SHIB) Whales on Major Move as Transactions Jump 383%

SHIB

Shiba Inu whales appear to be reawakening, as evidenced by a sharp increase in the amount of significant transactions. Shiba Inu’s big transaction volume increased by a staggering 383% in the previous 24 hours, according to statistics from IntoTheBlock, totaling $22.71 million.

Notably, the enormous amount of transactions was caused by three trillion SHIB in the previous day.

The Large Transactions Volume Indicator provides a general idea of the total amount that institutional and whale players trade on any given day. Spikes frequently imply that institutional buyers or sellers, sometimes known as whales, are acting aggressively.

It is important to note that IntoTheBlock considers transfers of $100,000 or more to be big transactions. On July 7, 6.36 trillion SHIB were traded, which was a seven-day high for significant transaction volume.

This happens as the debut of the Layer 2 Shibarium mainnet draws more attention to the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

As previously mentioned, the top two cryptocurrencies according to CoinMarketCap (CMC) are DogeKiller (LEASH) and Shiba Inu (SHIB), two tokens from the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

Shiba Inu lead sparks curiosity with new Twitter location

Shytoshi Kusama, the leader of the Shiba Inu, recently shifted his Twitter location to the United States, piqued the community’s interest. This is due to the fact that Kusama frequently updates his Twitter bio with information about new advancements in the Shiba Inu ecosystem and occasionally mentions his whereabouts.

The Shiba Inu lead relocated to Denham Springs, a town in the U.S. state of Louisiana, and updated his Twitter account to say, “Enjoying the Summer of Shibarium.”

Kuro, a member of the Shiba Inu Japan community, tweeted about the Shiba Inu lead’s Twitter update.
