According to a recent tweet from the business, Ripple, a blockchain startup located in San Francisco, has received formal recognition as one of Fortune’s top 100 jobs for millennials in 2023.

This honour from Fortune Magazine, in association with the international people analytics company Great Place to Work, aims to showcase Ripple’s dedication to fostering an enjoyable and welcoming workplace for young professionals.

This yearly list was created by examining survey responses from almost 500,000 U.S. employees, with a focus on millennials’ work experiences. It examines a wide range of elements, including work-life balance, professional growth prospects, and business culture.

The top 10 businesses on the list include a range of industries, demonstrating the capacity of several sectors to serve the millennial workforce. The top companies on the list are the IT behemoths Cisco Systems and Nvidia, followed by the management consulting firm Slalom, the hotel juggernaut Hilton, and the defence technology business Modern Technology Solutions.

Due to its steadfast dedication to fostering employee participation and happiness, Cisco Systems has won the top spot in the list. Cisco staff members claim to feel heard, respected, and involved in both group and corporate decisions. Employees believe Cisco is on the “right side of history” in part because to the company’s proactive approach to societal concerns including the economics and politics.

American Express, a provider of financial services, Box, a provider of cloud content management, Asana, a provider of work management software, David Weekley Homes, and Aya Healthcare, a provider of healthcare staffing, are also on the list.

According to U.Today, the San Francisco-based fintech company earned the eighth position in the Small & Medium category in the “Great Place to Work” list for the top workplaces in the Bay Area in 2023 based on overwhelmingly favourable employee feedback. Being rated as a wonderful place to work by 95% of Ripple’s workers, which is far higher than the country’s average of 57%.
