Billy Markus, who along with Jackson Palmer founded the first meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin in 2013, has turned to the X app (formerly known as Twitter) to express his happiness over receiving another payment from the service since it paid content producers a portion of advertising income.

Markus acknowledged that the X app check he obtained this time was less than what he had before just lately. On X, Billy Markus is referred to as “Shibetoshi Nakamoto,” and he has more than 2.1 million fans.

Markus acknowledged that the amount he was paid this time was around one-third of what he had received during the previous 14 days. Even so, he expressed his gratitude for the chance to make money doing what he does by simply posting on the X app. He values these gains from his material and refers to them as “magic bonus money.” “It’s absolutely crazy and amazing that I get paid anything at all to post on this app,” he continued.

Markus thinks that even though he has 2.1 million followers, his income is decreasing since fewer individuals are getting paid and his account is now only seen by a smaller number of people.
