The temporary constitution will let the Cardano community test the governance model before it is finalised, helping Cardano get ready for its significant period of decentralised governance.
Global workshops and a constitutional convention are planned for late 2024, with the final constitution being a Cardano Community effort. This will give ADA holders the authority to decide on the future of Cardano’s governance.
Cardano’s Chang hard fork
The Chang hard fork, Cardano’s first significant technical milestone, is scheduled for 2024. The first move towards creating a minimally functional community-run government will be this networking event.
