With 2024 now underway and 2025 just around the corner, anticipation is growing for novel features and ground-breaking advancements that Shibarium will soon bring to life.
The following are some of the hinted-at innovations for Shibarium in 2024–2025: layer-3 testnet, K9finance, Treat, ShibaEternity P2E, Shiba Hub, Shiba Inu metaverse, and ShibaSwap (version 1.75, followed by 2.0). Furthermore, any token in the Shiba ecosystem will be able to access fully functional DAOs.
Although specifics are still being kept under wraps, the team member’s remarks have generated buzz and conjecture among SHIB members.

The blockchain of Shiba Inu, which has fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) built in partnership with Zama, will be powered by the future TREAT token. To the surprise of its community, Shiba Inu recently reported that it had raised an incredible $12 million from significant venture capital partners.
It is anticipated that this fundraising round will contribute to the establishment of Shibarium as the hub of cryptocurrency memes and propel the ecosystem’s usefulness to unprecedented levels.
