4 billion Shiba Inu tokens have reportedly been destroyed in the previous seven days, according to the Shibburn Twitter account.
Shibburn revealed that 27 transactions and 4,175,261,803 SHIB tokens were burnt during the course of the previous seven days.
In contrast, seven transactions throughout the previous day burnt a total of 123 million tokens (123,375,116). 879,460 SHIB tokens were transferred to dead wallets in the last hour.
SHIB burning is anticipated to increase in the days and months to come as more support keeps surfacing. Kuro, a member of the Shiba Inu Japan community, tweeted a screenshot of an email from Tangem highlighting the company’s involvement in SHIB fires.
Tangem to burn 5% of each SHIB wallet sold
A Shiba Inu-themed cold wallet is presently being developed by Tangem, a blockchain company with Swiss roots, and 5,000 preorders have been verified.
Kuro posted a screenshot showing that the Tangem team said that 5% of each SHIB wallet sold will be destroyed.
As soon as the Shibarium network is connected to the SHIB cold wallet, Tangem will also increase support for the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Shiboshis might still be safely kept in a Shiba Inu cold wallet, according to the route plan.
The Shibburn project recently told the neighbourhood that its new website will go live this month. With the inclusion of additional tools to assist with burns, the new website will track SHIB burns.
Both the company’s affiliate programme and the planned Web3 advertising system will provide users the chance to make money with SHIB. Additionally, they will be able to earn reward tokens by burning, sharing, subscribing, and participating in social media activities.
