The proponent of Bitcoin (BTC), Max Keiser, has commented on Ripple, and the XRP community has responded.

In response to Ripple’s most recent acquisition of Metaco, Keiser stated that the SEC was correct to shut down Ripple since their business plan involved selling unregistered securities.

Yesterday, Ripple made a significant announcement: it was entering the cryptocurrency custody industry by purchasing Metaco, a Swiss-based company that offers technology for digital asset custody and tokenization.

A prominent member of the XRP community named Mr. Huber tweeted that Ripple is not likely to be shut down, tagging Max Keiser in the tweet. He cited the judge’s most recent decisionn.

He tweeted, “A judge calling to safeguard Ripple’s sales of XRP since it’s their primary source of revenue doesn’t sound the least bit like a court who is going to shut it down.

A copy of Judge Torres’ latest decision about the Hinman emails was posted on Twitter by a user, underscoring the fact that “ODL is one of Ripple’s main lines of business.”

Australian attorney Bill Morgan, an XRP fan, believes that Judge Torres’ most recent ruling on the Hinman emails may indicate that she is well-versed in Ripple’s history and present operations.

He adds that the court appears to be well aware that, in contrast to earlier institutional and programmatic XRP sales, Ripple’s present business model centres on sales to ODL clients.

The information pertaining to Ripple’s ODL, Morgan writes, “should be withheld. It’s intriguing that she refers to it as a product. Sales of XRP to ODL clients are a component of the offering, but necessarily a common business. Howey is not mentioned.

The creation of a platform for central bank digital currency (CBDC) by Ripple, which enables governments, financial institutions, and central banks to create their own digital money, is good news. On XRP Ledger, the platform was created.

The CBDC platform, developed in 2021 for the purpose of issuing CBDCs, is an enhanced version of Ripple’s Private Ledger.
