No BONE Airdrops: Shiba Inu (SHIB) Community Gets Critical Alert

BONE

The Shiba Inu community has been put on high alert because to allegations of phishing emails promoting phoney Bone airdrops.

Phishing emails have targeted SHIB holders under the pretence of Bone airdrops. Phishing emails are a frequent strategy used by hackers to deceive people into disclosing personal information or donating payments.

These emails resemble the logo and communication style of official Shiba Inu releases, giving the impression that they are authentic. They do, however, have ties to phoney websites that seek to steal digital assets or personal data. The assets of the receiver may be compromised if they fall for the bait and fall victim to the fraud, which might result in losses of money and security issues.

The SHIB community has been informed by ShibArmy Scam Alerts, an account devoted to exposing frauds and defending the Shiba Inu community, about phishing emails that are now making the rounds and trying to trick recipients by promising fictitious bone airdrops. It identifies one such scam and advises owners of Shiba Inus to delete the emails in question rather than falling for it. The email leads recipients to a phoney website designed to steal their personal information, so they shouldn’t click on any of the links or photos in it.

The fraudulent email, which used the SHIB trademark, stated that recipients could claim a BONE airdrop by clicking on a link and required them to complete a verification process.

“Shibarmy, don’t fall for this email if you receive it; it’s a fraud and not legitimate. BONE airdrops are not available. Do not click on the picture or link; instead, delete the email message. It directs victims to a phoney website where wallets are supposed to be stolen. Keep yourself secure, wrote ShibArmy Scam Alerts.

This worrying trend emphasises the necessity for SHIB investors to exercise increased care and awareness in order to guard against becoming victims of fraudulent schemes.

We would like to remind the Shiba Inu community that there are no airdrops for BONE, SHIB, LEASH, or Shiboshis—the tokens and NFTs associated with the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
